Image of the Week 38 – 2021

This week’s image is an old image from 2011, shot at Hellestø beach at winter. There is not that much of story behind this image in that sence more than I was out just shooting some beach landscapes during winter.

Hellestø beach is popular beach and recreation area that is located not far from Stavanger airport at Sola. It’s a long sandy beach popular with hikers and dog walker. The beach transitions to a more pebble beach further south one travles. There is also a camp site just behind the dunes in this image.

Sunset at Hellestø beach at Sola, Rogaland, Norway.
