Norsk Fyrhistorisk forening

I have recently got a little attention from “Norsk Fyrhistorisk Forening” (The Norwegian Lighthouse Association) for my images of the lighthouses on the southwestern coast of Norway. Norsk Fyrhistorisk Forening is an umbrella association for the preservation and mediation of the history connected to, and the lighthouses them self, along the coast of Norway. They are made up of many local associations connected to the different lighthouses of Norway, but also private members that hold an interest in preservation and the lighthouses in general. NFHF is also connected to “Norges Kulturvernforbund“.

When they contacted me, I was delighted and honoured. As many of you know from my post “Image of the Week”, I hold a love for lighthouses. I fully endorse what Norsk Fyrhistorisk Forening stands for, and the work they do.
