A new week, and that means? Yes, a new image. Also this image features one of my favorite subjects, lighthouses. This time it a small automated one. Since most of the lighthouses in Norway have been depopulated, they’ve all been automated. The buildings are still standing, but many of the old lighthouses have now been converted into something new, like museum, art gallery or vacationhome that is possible to rent in the summer season.
This lighthouse here is found at Nærland, a stone throw away from Obrestad fyr (lighthouse) and Hå Gamle Prestegård (the old vicarage at Hå).
